1. Order Policies

All items available on CMAX Shop are our own pre-designed, custom-branded apparel; we do not accept or print user-submitted designs. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must reach out to our team before the order has shipped.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Customers agree to provide an accurate and secure shipping address at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and CMAX Shop is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The payment method provided will be automatically charged during the checkout process. Customers will receive an emailed order confirmation and receipt for their records. Failure to process payment will result in the order being automatically canceled.

4. Liability Disclaimer

CMAX Shop is not responsible for damage to apparel caused by normal wear and tear, improper washing or failure to follow the garment’s specific care instructions. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure high-quality production and secure packaging prior to shipment.
